We are growing!

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing international project team to work with existing and new customers. You will be joining a highly successful business, developing market leading SaaS products within Digital Signage. We, in the international team, care for each other, have fun together and we work together to help each other to succeed. The team is diverse, and the team members are based in 5 different countries. 

The new Account Manager must be based near our offices in Oslo or Malmö. The position does not involve extensive international travel, but some travel activities are expected, especially in your region. Your region will most likely include Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland but this is open for evaluation together with the right person.

Role and responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers in your region.
  • You will be given the operational responsibility for planning deliveries and installations for the customers in your defined region(s).
  • You will be working closely with the sales representatives, and you will be a leading resource in the sales process in many cases.
  • You will work closely with international technical resources while planning and implementation the projects.
  • You will be responsible for customer satisfaction.
  • You will be expected to work together with the customer to expand their use of Digital Signage and to improve the solutions that they already have by presenting new features and products
  • You will have the responsibility for delivery to a global market-leading company, in the Nordic region,

 

 

Skills and experience

  • You are structured with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • You have business skills, which enable you to be able to highlight what our solutions can make of gain for customer and think upsell.
  • You have experience from presale.
  • You are a good "listener" with pronounced social antennae.
  • You have experience working with distributed teams.
  • You are able to create trust and delegate tasks without being too governing.
  • You have strong communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language, both written and spoken
  • You should have experience with technical solutions and good technical knowledge and understanding
  • Would be a plus if you are experienced in Netsuite or Ariba
  • Would be a plus if you have experience in Digital Signage and/or Saas solution
